Legal notice
SonificaLabs is a project by Ras Alungei, based in Spain. Contact: info@sonificalabs.com.
The service
SonificaLabs is an AI-powered audio production platform. Users enter a text description and the system automatically generates audio with voices, music, sound effects, and mixing.
Account and access
- You need to create an account via Google OAuth to use the service.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Pricing and payments
- Prices are displayed in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. SonificaLabs does not store card data.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Unused credits do not roll over between cycles.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. You will keep access until the end of the billed period.
- No refunds are given for partial periods, except as required by applicable law.
Right of withdrawal
By starting an audio production, you agree that the service begins immediately and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for that specific production, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Intellectual property
- The platform, its code, design, and brand are owned by SonificaLabs.
- Your prompts belong to you.
- Regarding generated audio: we grant you a broad usage license (including commercial use on paid plans). SonificaLabs does not claim rights over your productions.
AI-generated content
Audio is generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude for scripts, ElevenLabs for voices). Results are not guaranteed in terms of accuracy, originality, or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing the content before publishing it.
Acceptable use
- Do not generate illegal, defamatory, or hate-inciting content.
- Do not attempt to extract, resell, or redistribute the service.
- Do not abuse the credit system or create multiple accounts to obtain free credits.
Availability
SonificaLabs is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
SonificaLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the user's domicile if the user is a consumer, or by the courts of Spain otherwise.
Modifications
We may update these terms. We will publish changes on this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
