SonificaLabs is a project by Ras Alungei. You can contact us at info@sonificalabs.com for any questions about your personal data.

Data we collect

When you use SonificaLabs, we collect the following data:

  • Name and email address (via Google OAuth when signing in)
  • Usage data: productions made, credits consumed, and active plan
  • Audio files generated by the service
  • Payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

How we use your data

  • To provide the audio production service (legal basis: contract performance)
  • To manage payments and subscriptions via Stripe (legal basis: contract performance)
  • To comply with tax and legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation)
  • To prevent fraud and service abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest)

Third parties with access to your data

We share data with the following services, necessary for the platform to function:

  • Google (OAuth authentication)
  • Stripe (payment processing — see their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy)
  • Anthropic / Claude (AI script generation — receives your prompt text)
  • ElevenLabs (voice synthesis — receives generated voice text)
  • Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, and database)

These services may be located outside the EEA (United States). Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
  • Audio files: retained while your account is active.
  • Billing data: 5 years after the transaction (Spanish tax obligation).

Your rights

As an EU user, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email us at info@sonificalabs.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

SonificaLabs only uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Minors

The service is intended for users aged 14 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

Changes to this policy

If we modify this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email.
